The voter register is bloated under biometric system including minors and foreigners having registered are the very basis of manipulating the results since no matter how you manipulate it the voter turnout will never be 100%. Check the numbers below: The percentage of the estimated regional population in 2012 indicates that some of the regional voter population as a percentage of total regional population is above 52%. Greater Accra 67.92% being the highest followed by Western region 60.96%, Central regions 55.5% and Volta region 53.95%. The lowest is Upper West 51.37% followed by Ashanti region 51.58%. The rest are Eastern region 52%, Brong-Ahafo region 52%, Upper East 52.25%. In 2008, 9,001,000 VALID VOTES WERE CAST but in 2012 election the VALID VOTES CAST WAS 10,995,000 IN EXCESS OF 1.99 million additional voters with just above 1,587,000 new voters registered in 2012 biometric register making it 14,158,000 or 14,031,000 while even some had died in four years and multiple registration and voting avoidable under biometric registration.
In responding to the plaintiff’s petition, the Electoral Commission indicated that after the foreign registrations, the figure jumped to 14,158,890; however speaking two days ago to the Daily Graphic, Mr. Amadu Sulley, a Commissioner, quoted 14,031,793 as the figure after the registration of Ghanaians abroad.

UNLESS THERE WAS A GRAND DESIGNED AND HATCHED TO MANIPULATE THE FIGURES RECORDED ON THE PINK SHEET ON THE POLLING DAY AND ONE FAILLED TO SIGN.
IF SIGNATURE IS MISSING, THE COURT MAY ORDER FOR THE OFFICER FOR RECOUNTING, OR ASKED THE OFFICER TO COME AND SIGN. THIS WILL NEVER HAVE ANY IMPACT ON THE RESULT.

IF A PERSON/VOTER APPEARS AT POLLING STATION AND HIS OR HER IDENTITY ESTABLISHED BY A VALID VOTER’S ID CARD BY RETURNING OFFICERS,POLLING AGENTS OF OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES AND BVR FAILS AT STATION, YOU EC CANNOT DENIED A VOTER HIS RIGHT TO VOTE. BVR WILL JUST PREVENT MULTIPLE VOTING BUT WILL NOT INFLUENCE THE PATTERN INDIVIDUAL WAS GOING TO VOTE. NEW RESEARCH IN TOWN AUTHORED BY HIS MAJESTY SIR JOHN OWUSU AFRIYIE HAS REVEALED THAT 90% OF NO BIOMETRICT VERIFICATION MACHINE AT POLLING STATION COMPELLED NPP VOTERS TO VOTE FOR NDC/JM.

Supreme court has already sound the bell that, they will look at material evidence of irregularity and whether the irregularity will affect the outcome of the polls.
BVR IS JUST LIKE A COMPLEMENT(POLITICAL PARTY POLLING AGENT). IF SUCCESSFULLY USED, EACH ONE CAN INTERPLAY POSITION OF EACH OTHER. HOWEVER, POLITICAL PARTY AGENTS ARE A BIT SUPERIOR AND INTELLIGENT THAN BVR MACHINE BECAUSE AGENTS CAN DO MORE: VERIFIED A VOTER, DICTECT REJECTED BALLOT PAPER, COUNT VALID VOTE CAST.
DOES THAT MEAN WHEN BVR MACHINE FAILED IN SOME STATIONS, AGENTS COULD NOT INTELLIGENT VERIFIED PEOPLE OR IF SOMETHING EVEN HAPPENED WRONGLY, ‘’ZOMBIE’’ PARTY AGENTS COULD RAISE ANY ALARM,FILE A PROTEST FORM AT STATION.
IS THIS THE SAME ELECTION ORGANISED BY AFARI GYAN THAT SIR JOHN WAS ADMONISHING HIS SUPPORTERS TO BE IN WHITE WHITE(START JUBILATING).
