And who said you can use your passport to vote (even the Ghanaian/ECOWAS passport is not a biometric as they claim. If you know a biometric passport, you will never say that, the green cover new passport is a biometric passport) No where in the world will any one use his/her passport to vote. If it is your own law then that is it. No wonder we have people like you in Ghana as engineers who cannot even fix a bolt let alone make any inventions.
