  So Mahama has to appoint only NDC members for his government even if there are other non-NDC people more qualified? Thats what is holding us back as a nation. The citizens are still sleeping in darkness because we can't provide electricity 24/7. We are appointing people into positions based on party affiliations instead of their ability to contribute to our nations growth.
