  most are borderline capable but definitely all are incompetent and mentally inferior to mahama who by the way is far far from being enlightened so my prediction is the corruption will be a little more sophisticated than the previous 4 years as the more toxic individuals like hammah , duffuor , et mensah , kwetey , haruna etc are out . in short a better govt but still a far cry from what our country needs to move into the 21st century
