Woyome was just a scapegoat who was promised to suffer for a while and be eventually set free to come and enjoy his share of the butty with payback and other related benefits.

It only makes sense that so far as the evidence had not been assembled, the accused person is innocent until proven guilty.This is a fundamental principle of law enshrined under our constitution.The delay is not only causing more debts but it is breaching the fundamental right of the accused.In fact it were not for the politics which is the reason for the prosecution,this case should have been dismissed for lack of evidence.It will be easier to take civil action to retrieve the money rather than a criminal prosecution.The threshold of beyond reasonable doubt required in criminal law in addition to establishing the mens rea and altus reu make it very difficult to win this case.Take out the politics and get some money out of him otherwise he would sue us again for malicious prosecution.

The question is whether there was a judgement if there was a judgement then the judgement debtor must pay period.
