  Stupidity is at the forefront of most our MPs and some powerful political figures in Ghana. Asiedu Nketia is a prime example. They use tribal cards at the disadvantage of the ignorant masses.

  Ghana, as she stands, holds a trump card in the sense that Akans, who are the majority, are more tolerant else, tribal war will engulf the nation.
  
  Take Ashanti Region for example; there are all tribes in that region yet, the same people will turn around and cast all sort of insults at them just because Ashantis feel proud about themselves.
  
  Imagine what Haruna Iddrisu said yesterday concerning the safety of Northners and Voltarians in Ashanti region. When did Northners etc interact with Ashantis? Was it after NDC assume power of their relationship dates back to pro independence era? If it is the later, then the MP should resign because he is like a hyena look for an easy prey.

BUT THIS GOOD RELATIONSHIP COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED WHEN J.J. RAWLINGS CAME TO POWER TO FORM P/NDC PARTY. RAWLINGS WAS ABLE TO BRAINWASH ALL NORTHERNERS AND HIS HOME TOWN VOLTA PEOPLE THAT AKAN PEOPLE ARE CORRUPT, TRABALISTIC, DANGEROUS ETC. THESE LIES CHANGED NORTHERNERS TO BE DIE HARD P/NDC PARTY SUPPORTERS. THEREFORE IT WAS J.J. RAWLINGS WHO BROUGHT THIS DANGEROUS TRIBALISM IN GHANA DURING LATE 1970s AND EARLY 1980s. DURING DR. NKRUMAH'S TIME AKANS, NORTHERNERS AND EWES WERE ONE FAMILY UNTIL RAWLINGS CAME TO POWER TO DIVIDE US. P/NDC IS A POLITICAL PARTY THAT CAME TO DIVIDE US ALL.

In Ghana every tribe appears to have a derogatory word that demeans the other. For example the northerners call the Akans 'Kagbonga', the Gas call Asantes 'Fante koyuo', the Ewes call Akans 'Abluto we'. The list can go on and on and I know you are aware of this, so no need pointing fingers at just one tribe. The fact of the matter is that we are all Ghanaians no matter what one's tribe is and we must learn to respect each other's tribe, language and culture. It must be realised that it is the variation in culture, tribe etc that makes Ghana beautiful and all these variations emanate from having different tribes in our national composition.I must say you score some points by saying that we should see one another as Ghanaian before our tribe. We must all learn to coexist in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

  Because of post conscious, politicians starting from Mr. Boom to Mr. Drama, mounting on political platform and using this tribalistic words. All the the 'thief' party members (NDC) supported them for using those words because they wanted power. Now there is no way you and I can revert it, except they (JJ and Drama) and the NDC members come out before the whole nation and do that. All the infants in the country even heard it and they have taken it.

  haruna iddrisu must be talk to because their plan against ashanti's will never work and l want to assure all ghanaians that we are all one no matter where we are coming from north south east west but that man should remember that there are alot of northern people living in ashanti region and becos of how this man and his people insight them they think ashantis are not good but they should know that is only ashanti region that you can get MCE OR DCE from different region GOD bless ashanti's
