TALK IS CHEAP. DID YOU ASK THE PRESIDENT IF HE, AS WELL, HAS THE MONEY TO BUILD THE UNIVERSITY AND THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL? DON'T YOU SEE WORKERS GOING ON STRIKE EVERYDAY OVER SALARIES, WHO ARE YOU KIDDING?

My candid advice to you Mr. Regional Minister is to first provide high schools for those children who go to school under trees.

Do we need another University in the E/R when we can't even sustain the ones we already have? I take students from the US to Ghana every year and it's a shame to see what Legon and Tech have been reduced to infrasture-wise. What about the planned university at Bunso?
