  i think it is not the best move by the government to post appointed regional ministers to different regions, they will need a lot of time to study the region before they start bringing development. thus, if the people in the region refuse to coup with him it will make his work very tedious and at the end of the day he will not be able to perform well as expected by the people in the region and government as a whole.
