Ghanaians,is it time to have full decentralisation of the administration of the country? Whilst at it,we may also consider federating the country in order to give meaning to the aspiration of the people as evidenced by the spate of agitations by some local people to exclude people from other regions from making a living in their communities. if people want to say the president is not up to the task of ruling they should say so but leave out tribal issues.
