Having listened, severally, to post court hearing statements and comments made by commentators and supporters of either party which are involved in the case, it seems appropriately to say that the case has been a show to prove the prowess of the political Parties involved so, it is not worth the attention given to it by the public. In other words, it's a vendetta to show which of the two parties is very powerful or has advocates with better legal skills. It can be likened to a display of two actors wanting to prove to one another and the world at large, that he or she is better in the field than the other. The longer the concert goes on, the more the people cry for proper attention to move the country forward. Doctors, nurses and other public workers are threatening to lay down their tools, if not already done so. In the interim, people want to be saved from dying, the economy is suffering, investors are holding back, the social fabric is disintegrating as girls as young as (13) thirteen years are turning to prostitution; government attention is moving helter-skelter to solve the numerous problems confronting the country. Yet, when all these are going on, the political parties we expect to lead the nation to prosperity are concerting in the Supreme Court auditorium -all to show their skills in law and politics to the world.

The real losers in this political squabble are Ghanaians in their totality. We may be the first people to attain self-government, we might, judging from present predicaments, be the last to develop our country! We leave all that to posterity!

Thius includes making leading questions the basis of trapping a witness into cintradicting himself or saying something he hadn't intended to say. Counsel on the opposite siude are always on the alert for such infringements and if Ben Ephson were interested in educating himself, he would learnh, even from legal TV progrsams, that "objection" and "objection sustained" or objection denied, are the daily diet of the courtroom dramas.

Someone educate me on this. The pink sheets may never be analysed if the judges rule that they were themselves full of irregularities, were fraudulently obatined, doctored,duplicated, not properly swon etc. In short, laid down procedure in evidence gathering and presentation were not followed. Did I hear Gloria Akuffo say, they should leave that to the secretariat of the SC to regularise. I beg to differ. Why did they not leave their complaints to the secretariat of the Electoral Commission to sort out? At every turn of road block they gice excuses, even their lawyers.

Bawumia does not understand simple questions; let alone to answer them right. He has constantly been lying under oath and he thought the panel of Judges are fools. No wonder he was reminded by the president of the panel of Judges that they are in a court of law and not having presidential debate.
How on earth would an aspiring Vice presidential candidate claim not to know Osafo Maafo visited the Israeli company building in Dzorwulu during the NPP mob action, when it was the NPP party officials who came out on air to announce they have officially sent one of their bigwigs in the name of Osafo Maafo to ascertain the truthfullness of vote manipulations in the then allerged building in Dzorwulu?
He went further under oath to lie that he didn't know Obasanjo was at the place. Come on! Didn't Osafo Maafo come to brief you and Nana Addo about his visit to the place? What kind of vice presidential candidate were you? Where you not interested in the results at stake, though you have chosen to be the leader of the committee assigned to investigate the allerged election fraud?
The Justices and Ghanaians are not fools. Very soon evidence of you knowing about Osafo Maafo's visit and Obasanjo's visit to the said building would start rolling in the court, and if your lawyers stop it, it will be on the airwaves for Ghanaians to judge for themselves.
