It is on record that when Tsikata walked out of jail he started boasting that he will pursue the case to its logical conclusion. The logical conclusion he sought for was an "Absolute Pardon" which became a mere talk by Tsikata. He never followed it any court in Ghana to be completely absolved of all offenses.

When Kuffour was leaving office he gave clemency to prisoners of all shades including robbers, rapists, drug dealers, etc.

Okonko Palm: Please be careful on what you post on the web because no president any where in the world (including the USA) have the legal power to grant an absolute pardon to any criminal.

I said it before I will repeat NPP will win this case all because of TSATSU. When it comes to written exams TSATSU is great but when asked to practice what he learnt as a lawyer, TSATSU is zero. Just one NPP man in the box for 10 days and still they cannot stand him so he thinks he can force BAWUMIA to make mistakes. BAWUMIA IS TOO TOUGH FOR THEM. NO IDIOT IN NPP.

I do not know who committed Karbo to express his view on the ongoing court hearing but frankly speaking, I do not see the reason why the judge Tsatsu will apologize to Addison. For someone who has been watching carefully the hearing from the beginning till now he would have seen that Addison has always intervened as if apart from him nobody is supposed to be sitting in that court. He always gave the impression that Ghana belongs to him. He is so proud and arrogant.

Tsatsu should never lower himself and should never and ever apologize to anybody as people must know that if they do not respect themselves nobody will respect them. Tsatsu is an old, wise and respectful person. We as African we respect aged people like him. He deserves our respect and admiration.

He is not a convicted person, he has been victim of tribalism, free hatred because he was different from the NPP guys who confused democracy and looting ghana's property, dirty businesses and murder from 2000-2008.

Lawyers in court raise 'objection' all the time and this would be the first time I've heard one lawyer, supposed to be of repute, shout such insanity/profane to another lawyer. Another crazy person coming out to absolve him of any blame claiming he Tsikata had every right because the other lawyer was his student. Goodness! These are the people running Ghana?

When will this case end, by the way? This case by it's nature should not have taken more than one week to resolve. The judges should have heard both sides and with the evidence decide, much like US's SC. The longer it takes ..... Does Ghana's SC normally run or sit like an ordinary court?
