Former Supreme Court judge and lawyer Francis Yaonasu Kpegah came from nowhere and insanely sued Nana Akuffo Addo for impersonation only to dodge the courts when he was called to prove his allegation. Even a retarded fool from Pantang Hospital will never take such a calculated risk to disgrace himself this way.

3. Benoni Tony Amekudze, another Trokosi lawyer, appeared from nowhere and walked into the courtroom where the election petition was taken place one morning and foolishly presented a case to challenge why a sitting President should be in court over election fraud. He also left in disgrace when his case was thrown out,.

4. Tsatsu Tsikata, another Trokosi moron of a lawyer is now in court throwing out useless insults from his rotten teeth at his opponents. He is so frustrated he keeps going in circles like an itchy dog.

NPP could not prove collusion, fraud or manipulation.in any case the errors in their affidavit are more numerous than what is on the pink sheet. If they really mean business they should have called for a total recount of all the ballot papers which are the first legitimate demand of most election dispute. But because from the bottom of their heart they know there was no rigging. They are relying on these minor administration errors to escape the wrath of their supporters having promise them so much. Because tribalistic politics NPP supporters whether in denial or too timid to confront their leaders for tangible answers about their defeat. Google Canada 2011 election report and you will see that these errors are common practice in every election even in the so called advance world how more Ghana where those who perform poorly at O' Level are the people absorb into our training colleges who became our teachers and then the various polling agents and the election officers who we all know could not complete a simple form. Having listened to this petition I feel sorry for Afari Gyan for what NPP have done to his reputation knowing very well that no rigging took place. According to the evidence presented as at now I feel God should have mercy of NPP leaders Thank God the whole now have all the facts and fictions of this election dispute.

Because, in reality these errors do occur even in the advanced countries how more in Ghana.
We should not let these pink sheets destroy the peaceful country we have.

Everyone should remember that if we dare want to destroy this country, it is the innocent in the society that will face the consequencies; those so called big people will vanish into other countries far away from harm and watch poor innocent people suffer who they claim they love and want to rule them.

He was the Legal Advisor to the Regime that set up a rival court system to our Judiciary System, in National and Regional Tribunals, boycotted by Ghana Bar Association for its draconian use of arbitrary justice and punitive sanctions that infringed the inalienable human rights of Ghanaians, leading to the arrests, exiles, imprisonment, curfew, investigations, trial and confiscated private properties.

Tsatsu was heavily involved and knew every detail of the plot masterminded by his Uncle or brother, Captain Kojo Tsikta, to murder Three High Court Judges; Three Former heads of State of Ghana and many, many Ghanaians, whose dead bodies were thrown into mass graves.

He was the penultimate legal architect of the tribalistic nonsense of the murderous PNDC era. He is a wily operator and also a thief.

There was not a single State Property sold by PNDC under their nebulous Divestiture Programme that was not signed by this santimonious sly crook from Volta Region. he came rto this world to rape Ghana with his well acclaimed legal wisdom or chicanery.

In Legon Tsatsu was pronounced by his adherents as hoilier than thou who wont live in posh areas until they saw him in his guarded mansions at the Airport Ridge.

He stole Billions of Ghana Cedis belonging to us all. We all heard it when Dr Kwesi Botchway resigned from PNDC for sole reason of the Nyebro mafia giving H 4.2 Bullion Cedis to Tsatsu Tsikata led GNPC to exploit Oil, only for the huge sums of monies ending up in non-existent Valley farms. In Court he adopted the same tactics...

Even in prison he managed to swindle Ghana under Atta Mills of $5Million dollars for his Statoil Company in the present OIL Industry, for which he plays no mean significant part.

NPP could prove collusion, fraud or manipulation.in any case the errors in their affardavit is more numerous than what is on the pink sheet. if the mean business they should have called for a total recount of all the ballot papers which are the first legitimate demand of every ellection dispute.
