  Is he expecting a President he does not recognize or who is not a legitimate president to include who? So they know the truth and yet try to fool we their supporters. If you do not recognize the President to the extent of you minority boycotted most of the important ceremonies relating to his Presidency and you now turn around to suggest to him who he should appoint. Foolish NPP MPs we have in the country. 2016 will soon come and we shall vote against you more than we did in 2012.

  Another illiterate MP who does not understand the constitution. Go and read the consitution; the only Bible of laws in Ghana. The present system of governance is based on Executive presidency and it is not a parliamentary democrakye...ooo..tum, Osei. Ministers serve at the pleasure of the president and he decides who serves in his government. The Parliamentary majority leader has his job cut out for him. Remember parliament together with the Executive branch run the government. Parliamet, anyway does Ghana have parliamentarians and what do they do? I don't know. As I was jotting down, the Executive enforces the laws passed by parliament. You as an Mp is to make sure matters affecting the country as for example, the invasion of Ghana by the illegal Chinese, lebanese, and others in te mining areas, laws are passed to reflect societal concerns. Also possibly amend portions of the constitution you deen absolute or needing reforms, like making sure individuals carrying arms in the country are locked up to do time for 5 years. Further if you kill unjustifiably, the juror or bench ensures that the culprit faces the music in the gallows. This is your work as an MP and stop challenging the already dysfunctional president of the land. Mame Maama is not leading so it gives room for ignorant folks like you to trash the constitution. Go and read it and find out your AOR and duties if you are not sure, Osei.
