Why, why, why blame fires in Ghana market places on political opponents?

Fires in Ghana are caused by: Poor wiring systems; Sub standard electric cables; Power surges; Over loading on power points; Outages; Faulty Switches; Over rating (amps) on ceramic switch boards; Dumso Dumso system; Mice & rodents chewing through power cables; etc.

How many people in Ghana replace a broken fuse wire with the correctly rated (amps) wire? The answer will be NONE. People just replace a broken fuse wire with any copper wire they find. And when there is fire, people turn around and put the blame on a political opponent.
