  what a load of bullshit , they come and weaken our institutions and pepeni by corrupting them all into compliance and say something good can come out of this , china is at war against Africa and is doing everything to ensure the so called dimwitted idiot leaders who only think how to chop today as for them there is no tomorrow do their biding . so disastrous is their policy that the people end up being enslaved for generations to come . the chinese admit their army of citizens are here to exploit but where in the world have any people benefited by being exploited. their warped sick toxic policy will sooner or later be their own undoing

  I see nothing left with the first class honours opposition NPP.

  Indeed they are not far from right asking if they are babies.Yes;they are.For they act like babies,speak like babies and before all these they think like babies.
  Code of conduct exists in all decent gathering of people every where in the world.
  Even in a cottage drinking spot there is code of conduct.

  I am rather surprised there is no Code of Conduct for parliamentarians! The Speaker is right to have one as a matter of urgency!
  
  The old adage that Charity Begins at Home should and must start from House of Parliament. It is nonsense and diabolical for some bunch and politically illiterate members of parliament to oppose ethical standard in the House. Those who oppose the Code, in my view, are not qualified and should not be there (parliament) in the first instance. The Code of Conduct should be part of the induction exercise for parliamentarians both old and new . The Speaker, as the father of the House, should provide a strong leadership to ensure parliamentarians attitudes, behaviour and actions reflects the expectation of the Ghanaian public.
  
  The process should be thorough and should be seen to be transparent and touches on all aspects of behaviours in the House including disclosure of conflict of interests. The Speaker should first set up an ad hoc Commission with membership made up of distinguished and respected retired judges, barristers, academics, accountants and respected Ghanaian individuals. The theme of reference for the Code should be clearly specified and agreed by the House’s Committee responsible for formulating the Code.
  The Commission should first draft the report with recommendations, and forward it to the Speaker and the Committee members. The House responsibility is to review, debate and if necessary make amendments as part of the process to ensure there is coherent approach.

  The big question is why is K T Hammond of NPP making too much noise over this simple code of conduct issue, since it will be in the interest of everybody and the nation as a whole.
  
  Naturally every bad minded person in any community will always be psychologically offended whenever there is anything that he visualised could bring him under control.
  
  The government land at the Airport area on which stood the Accra international students hostel that he K T Hammond of NPP of Adansi Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region now owns portrays the thievery nature of Hammond hence he will never like any proposal that will monitor and bring under control the dubios character which motivated many of them to enter into politics.
  
  However in relation to the said land, it is an open daylight robbery that Hammond and others of the NPP with the smart stealing nature of Kufour that they obtained that land and acquired documents to prove it is their property.
  
  The next school of thought will ask why was the real custodians of the said land not contacted before changing ownership, if the NPP gonvernment felt that the land should no more be used for what it was basically meant to be used for. Yes, it happened because there is no code of conduct, and hence you can see how Hammond is nervous about the issue of code of conduct. In other words by their fruits you will know them.
  
  Many of them are there to steal but it should be clearly understood that anything acquired fraudulently will surely be punished by God even if man fails to look into. Greedy bastards are stealing the Ga lands, but be conscious that the Heavens is not asleep as you may think. The psyche of certain people in our politics is greediness.

It is possible the man may be in secret corruption deal with RLG especially in the wake of RLG's request to drill boreholes in all the 275 constituencies nationwide which was disapproved by Parliament. How can an MP write to a company soliciting for a sponsored trip. Something is definatele wrong somewhere.
