  is barber loans not enough to keep Osafo mute? need we outline the number of blunders or getting assistance from HIPC which NPP declared to gain monies that did not change Ghana by any stretch but rather saw us loosing billions through PSI projects, energy projects that produced no energy etc should be the hard facts that must mute anyone from yapping.
