This is a good idea but you need to ask yourself who is going to pay for the cost of elections.
INTRINSICALLY ELECTED LEADERS AT THE LOCAL LEVEL PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT AND CAN BE CHALLENGED BY THOSE WHO HAVE CONCERN FOR THE AREA.

Kenyans now elect people through the ballot to head such positions. the question of lack of resources is just a silly excuse. where it the government get that huge amount paid to woyome?
