  The court of law gives verdict with reasons. If the reasons are not reasonable, a party has the right to protest it - and take further action within the confines of the law.
  If a party does not accept the explanation given, but keeps quiet say for the sake of peace, that would be a mistake. If history is a guide, such a decision would inhibit progress.
