    THE MINISTER IS ACTING LIKE A DICTATOR. WE DONNOT KNOW THE CONTENT OF THE SO CALLED INSULTS, YET HE IS ABUSING HIS POWER TO BAN THE PRESIDING MEMBER FROM HIS OFFICE. HAS HE FORGOTTEN HE IS THERE TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE?.
