The problem will not be the a review panel overturning the SC verdict. The problem will arise if 4 million votes are annulled. What would happen to the MPs elected? What would happen in parliament? Yes, the NPP are confaortable if they have the Presidency and everything else goes haywire. They know how to manipulate and force their way through without caring about the national interest. That is where the real problem. a review that takes the national interest into account as against the parochial interest of a few die hards ought to be welcome by the vast majority of Ghanaians.

Rest assured brother, election is won through ballot box and not on the face of pink sheets. If the supreme court accepts the proposition to annul votes on the face of pink sheets there will never a president ever elected in Ghana. My reason is that in subsequent elections, presiding officers who realise that the parties they support has lost massively will only resfuse to sign pink sheets knowing very well that it will be a good basis for annulling the election and politicians will surely use presiding officers to achieve this diabolic feat

A RIGGED VERDICT AT THE SUPREME COURT SHOULD BE SWALLOWED BY 4 MILLION VOTERS WHEN A CLEAR VERDICT AT THE BALLOT BOX WAS CHALLENGED? IT'S AMAZING HOW SOME FOLKS THINK!!

No judges in their rightful mind will rule this case for NPP.How can you have a trained polling agent at the polling stations and an open count in front of the general public and later comes out to say you are rubbed.

If the Supreme court is supreme then who the hell is to challenge their verdict? It would be foolish for anyone to instruct the Supreme court to review its own decision. If there was any court over and above the Supreme court then it could have been possible. Benard Morna was talking shit when he said the supreme court's decision could be challenged. Now my question is, if the same person who ruled that NPP has won the election because Afari Gyan has admitted that he made a lot of mistakes and that is why Jon Mahama became president. If so then it would take a stupid fool to challenge such a verdict because the same person who pronounced judgment is the same one to do the review so tell me how they would change their own decision? If they do, then it means the challenge would go on and on without ending, if you know what I mean... Asiedu Nkasei is a fool.

If a review can invalidate or change the decision why would that party loose in the first case? if a review is part of the Court process, the loosing party may exhorts its remedy prescribed by the constitution.

Who wants to endure another 8 months or so of the same things we have heard over and over? God bless Ghana.

You want the Supreme court to reverse the EC's decision without any doom being spelt but if it reverses it's own decision then a doom should be spelt. Really? This shows that NPP wasn't even interested in fairness and justice in the first. They just wanted to use the judiciary as a stepping stone to do what the ballot box couldn't do for them. What NPP is doing is about subversion of the constitution.
