  Before any reforms, Kwadjo Afari-Gyan must be removed from EC. His continued stay at the place make any attempts to bring reforms unsuccessful. The man has been EC's boss for far too long (since 1992) and it's time for him to be removed or retired! There're competent men/women who can easily fill that EC's top spot.
  
  Electoral reforms is long over-due! Election fraud has been the bane of Ghana's politics. Afari-Gyan has ostensibly, presided over fraudulent elections telling the world that Ghana's election have been free and fair. The recent election petition by the NPP at the Supreme Court reveals the ostensible truth of Afari-Gyan's fraudulent electoral theories and people have complained about since 1992.
  
  In truth, Dr. Kwadjo Afari-Gyan shouldn't be part of any committee or group of electoral executives who'd be holding any meetings or deliberations about finding solutions towards making Ghana elections. Election fraud brings untold problems to nations, just as it's happening right now.

  ....making Ghana's elections better. IEA should be bold to express their disgust about fraud in Ghana's elections. That's the only way forward.
