  This is not an issue. The issue is not just to become an assembly man/woman but what one can contribute to the discourse of the district in question. You make it look like there is something so special about being an assemblyman or woman. Some or most of the districts in the UE region are so badly managed that if you are an assemblyman or woman there you are ashamed of yourself. A typical one is the Talensi district where the DCE connived with the finance officer to STEAL billions of Cedis and no one has been sanctioned. Why would one be motivated to be an assemblyman or woman.
