In fact,with tears i comment on this!! it is sad to see and hear such a retrogressive feature of development in an area putting up their possible best for dev't,This there4 will ocupy the youth with a lot of thoughts which they should have be thinking about how to utilise the electricity in other to bring possitive development in the area and ghana as a country,all culminating from selective electricification.Without much,i say quick,fast and speedy attention is what is needed to curb this situation.Remenber that difficulty without capability is inability.
