  JM is starting something that should be done in all state organisations including his outfit. Can he provide a short report on his actions and key part he has played in parliament this year for the tax payers. Mr. MP you have lost it.

  In this case of "Ghana PLC", Mahama is the director so why is he doing the appraisals? I think you have lost it. Like he said what performance measures and targets did the president set to measure these ministers against?

  If President Mahama appointed and sat with his Ministers to agree on targets meant to bring his Better Ghana Agenda to fruition by a set of timelines, what is wrong with him agreeing and disagreeing with ministers on milestones set at the beginning when these targets were set to determine the progress of the President's mission?
  
  The President has a responsibility to the citenzry that voted him into office and not to the whims and caprices of a particular political party.
  
  Do we really have lettered members of Parliament passing laws to guard and guide this nation towards economic freedom at all? OMG!!

Baidoe -Ansah had been the MP for Kwesimintsim for the longest and yet still Kwesimintsim is not developed. What has he done for his constituency in all those years in office? The is answer zero ! They are all corrupt and they should be voted out from office in 2016.They are really taking the poor people for a joy ride !Kwesimintsim voters including voters in Takoradi and Sekondi should vote all their MPs out from office in 2016 if they want massive development in the twin city because those useless MPs are not helping the so called Oil City.

  I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION IN GHANA IF A LEADER IS NOT PERFORMING WELL FOR THE COUNTRY HE SHOULD BE IMPEACH IMMEDIATELY AND THAT IS WHAT THEY CALLED DEMOCRACY PERIOD.

Mr President for the first time in Ghana politics is bold to appraise his ministers which NPP boycotted their vetting. It's not the business of parliament to know how the President appraises his ministers.

Have 'the people' given the Ministers any performance indicators? It is for the President or his nominated representatives to appraise the performance of Ministers. Did this useless MP have a job before he became an MP? How would he feel if he was given a job by someone and then some other person came from somewhere else with no knowledge of his brief to appraise him. Please MPs, talk sense or shut up! MPs from both main parties are dragging our country into the gutter!
