If not because of Akans and their Ashantis, Ghana would have been one of the rising nation in Africa. Unfortunately, it happens to be that, their culture and custom was used by them to deny Ghanaians from going forward by means of stealing, cocaine businesses, corruption and killings. The Akan party need some 50-70 years to revamp themselves. Beside, they need to be thought by the rest of minorities how to govern the nation.

Can NDC do what NPP is doing now by starting from grass root level to elect their executives,Ghanaians should have experience multiple gun shuts even fights in gov't appointees are war but this fools are not learning from NPP but casting insults on the wise men who are practising real democracy in Ghana,I don't see this as administrative issue ,our democracy is now becoming strong and powerful,things will change gradually as members beginning to have their own membership cards at grass root levels , the polling agents are always eye picked and this is what some members don't understands ,we don;t vote on polling agents and is who can help and trust by members to watch the voting but is this people who will go and elect the district or constituency officers so those who think they don't stand chances of winning will cause problems but for NDC gun shuts
