NPP: The next ten years post 2017, and the little things that matters, or are going to be rolled out?

Capacity for the gov't to communicate with the citizenry on individual level because the fact that DHL can't deliver your goods and services to your house isn't the best.

Besides, P.O.Box address system is so first century! Rolling out comprehensive address system is the way to go.

Benefits:

· Speedy emergency services delivery such as crime fighting, profiling and ambulance services to reach emergency cases and determining the shortest routes to hospitals.

· Urban Planning and Development.

· Marketing analysis.

· Retail planning and management of territory.

· Determination of insurance premiums by insurance companies.

· Loan risk analysis and identification of customers by banks.

· Local government tax collection analysis, projections and targeting.

· Utilities planning and billing.

· Incorporation to national identification system.

· National electoral register.

· Credit profiling of citizens.

Next, NPP will implement:

* National database

* Permanent Records Keeping Systems

* Roll-Out properly Unique Id cards to all

* Extend social security numbers to all from KG, Civil Servants, to Retirees. From the womb to the tomb will be covered under NPP's watch

* Strengthens Births and Deaths registration centers around the district, constituencies, and the country for better projection and planning.

* NPP will implement the Right To Information bill that the incumbent administration lacks the political will to implement.

* Also the populace can look-out to the come back of sanitation inspectors.

* Finally, Police patrols, checks including id cards, conscription, and national service for the youth is going to be mandatory to develop a skilled workforce for tomorrow.
