There is no one detracting Afoko. Anyone who was in the UK around the time Afoko was in exile there will confirm that Afoko was in and out of prison for drugs offenses. Nobody hates him but that is the fact.

They say that if you want people to tell you what killed your grandfather, then go into politics. Afoko simply has a very long tail and mistakenly attempted jumping over fire and now the tail has caught fire.

You see, Afoko and drugs are bed fellows.

The little I have heard of him is frightening: that Afoko was a tramp/vagrant in London and that he was imprisoned many times for drugs. They say that because he was a political refugee the UK govt could not deport him.

YOFA members, not all that glitters is gold. Well, if you want to fool him for some of his cash then you have the right man. If you are sycophants you can increase your praise-singing and exaggerations in order to extract more cash from Afoko. And especially as he is now so desperate, he will pay anything for such 'support'. Please dig your goldmine well.

There should be peace and respect in the party. No group of persons should be allowed to issue warnings or orders as to who the party should vote for. Some party leaders have attempted to bring disunity within the party by asking supporters and delegates to vote against certain candidates. It's not healthy for our party. Party supporters, esp. the youth should be careful not to cause tensions by making such statements or warnings. It won't help the party.

sometimes I don't understand why some of my northern brothers and sisters still following the elephant party sheepishly and at the end they are dumped like rubbish. have they so soon forgotten the way thief ku4 and his gang of thieves treated our first northern brother to be come a vice president aliu mahama unti he gave up the ghost last year. has mr paul afoko also forgotten so soon how they nearly lynched him at the university of Ghana but for the swift intervention of the police? they are now fooling dr bawumia as a heroe because he was able to fight their cause at the supreme court whilst they were comfortably enjoying the drama in their comfortable sits. the poor northern boy sweated a lot although the room was air conditioned. afoko and the other northern brothers and sisters shourl know that it the up/npp tradition who aborted all the good programmes our late reliable and visionary president dr Kwame Nkrumah intended to carry out in the north. they came in and destroyed everything and only looted from the state coffers for themselves, their families and cronies. those northern brothers and sisters still following these criminals and nation wreckers organization.
