If not because they have been bribed what else could be the reason? We know these corrupt chiefs. Whether it is the sale of a piece of land to many people, charging unreasonable fees before signing the title deeds, aligning with NDC and DCE's to loot and share, we have seen them. Any right thinking Ghanaian knows that Mamama and his NDC hate Ashantis in partucular and Akans in general except these selfish, greedy and unreasonable chiefs. I hope they heard what Mahama said against the people in Kumasi. From Rawlings through Mills to Mahama has the NDC Gvt done in Ashanti Region for Mahama boast about? Has his Gvt. not refused to continue the few projects that Kuffour initiated in the region? Let the Ashanti chiefs tell me what happened to the lands donated by Otumfour for the construction of Kumasi International Airport and the inland port? How about Ghana@50, the looting of Ga land, the stealing scam under the construction of the Flagstaff House etc. And when this Chief recollects that Kufuor had to bribe his own MPs with $5,000 each to support his rip-off of Ghana Telecom and Ghana Airways, he certainly will conclude that Ghana is safer under the NDC.

There is no doubt that millions of Ashantis now know that NPP is surely the Nasty People's Party. Why would he support a party with a drug addict as flag bearer?

The truth is that some Akans think and act through their stomachs, like this Ashanti Chief. Ewes, on the other hand, think and act in accordance of the dictates of their hearts and heads. Those who think and act through their stomachs are easily influenced with gifts (or bribes) in cash and kind and vote in exchange for favours. Those who think and act through their heads and hearts are not swayed by bribes or gifts and vote only in solidarity. That is why some Akan chiefs are NDC members while no Ewe chief is an NPP member. Ewes vote solidly for the Party founded by an Ewe, no matter what, while many Akans turn their backs on the Party founded by their fellow Akans once they are offered gifts or bribes by the Ewe Party.

Becuase of hunger,create lute and share policy in the NDC party everybody wanna speak trush in supportof the party in order to be accepted.This chief must not be accorded with the queen respect any longer.His subjects must take note.That man who was trying to quote the constitution and succeeded but misunderstood it in favour of the chief is warn strongly.Very soon we shall brain wash the public about this myopic quoting of the constitution and misinterpretation.If this is done it will forestore future occurence.That migh be suffering from "brain cancer" for standing tall and saying so.
