Don't we have dummies and 'Ghana made' MDs who are only good at prescribing paracetamol to MALARIA patients, running the communications ministry? How effective can a medical doctor, who only fits to be a laboratory assistant in the US, perform at a communication ministry in this global world where communications has become a powerful tool in international mediations which require expects skillfully moulded in that discipline.
