  If we're serious about corruption then I posit we start from 1992 constitution. The source of the problem we see today stems from 1992 constitution,and yet nobody is talking about it from that perspective. If we mean well then let's revamp the constitution not just tinker with it. We can draft a new Constitution,where we give decentralization a prominence in it to help make people accountable, and subsequently nib corruption in the bud! People let's think!

  The principles of Rule Of Law is explicit on the equality before the law The 1992 constitution has inherent pathology to which legitimizes corruption with impunity. The Indemnity clause must be scraped from the constitution even if it takes a referendum to to that to avoid a situation where the president has the right to Steal without prosecution. I agree with the Lt Col that our governance bible is the source of of Corruption in HIGH places Serious minded countries are prosecuting their corrupt leaders in Europe and elsewhere. Autocracy in development is Better than Democracy in CORRUPTION. Ghana's present levels of corruption makes the scraping of the indemnity Clause urgent and imperative

  1992 constitution has made it possible to CREATE LOOT AND SHARE whilst giving protection to CRIMINALS. Indemnity Clause to the dogs !!
