  The EC is pushing for people with NHIC card to be registered and vote. Fine. Now, I will like Afari Gyan to answer this question. He attended school in the US and I know that perhaps, he had state ID or some form of identification. Now, with that document, was he able to vote in any US election if he wasn't a citizen?
  
  I know the answer is no so, why is he pushing for people with NHIC to vote in our elections? This man is pure evil and he should be skinned alive. I think Afari Gyan is doing this to help NDC win the next election.
