The question is can NPP polling station agents prevent NDC rigging the 2016 elections? How is NPP going to motivate them to do their utmost to prevent NDC's planned rigging (oh yes, they plan to rig the elections, you can bet your last pesewa on that). During the 2012 elections, many NPP polling station agents were kept hungry (i.e. no food for them) at their posts. Is the NPP ready to 'look after' their polling agents (with food, cash and other incentives) enough in 2016 to motivate them to strictly police the ballot? THAT IS THE QUESTION!!
