Creating 8000 jobs on it's own does not prevent anybody needing psychiatrist examination. Rather, the pressure from this enterprise and the extra responsibility imposed on Wontumi as Ashanti Chairman of the NPP is having a negative impact on his brain which General Mosquito has spotted to claim, Wontumi is suffering from mental problem.

From General Mosquito's analysis and explanation on Joy News it is clear, Wontumi believes in using brawn than brains. He is not intelligent, shallow and thinks money makes you wise. Asiedu is highly superior and intelligent than Wontumi some miles away. He comes across as stupid but it's a trick he uses successfully to spite the NPP to their chargrin.

Wontumi should ask Sir John where lies his fate now? He wanted to compete and outdo the General but fate did not allow him and ended being a big fool. I'm afraid but, Wontumi has very low IQ and totally agreed with General Mosquito that he needs psychiatrist examination.
