I will will give the answer - its p3eople like you who should give the leaders the room to operate. Any establishment without firm leadership shall eventually fail. Just because things have been consistently wrong in the past does not mean the new administration should follow the same old mistakes. You have given yourself up just by your pronouncement. You are the chief creator of problems in the party.

I was also surprised at ex-President Kufuors remark about giving space to the two clearly inexperienced and incompetent executives to carry on with their unlawful directives.

Assuming that all that Afoko and Adjepong are doing is backed by the constitution of their Party, is this the way to frontally implement administrative changes? Of course not. Any experienced administrator will discreetly implement changes in a manner that will not rock the boat and provoke the fury for and against those changes.

It seems to me that Afoko and Adjepong have an ulterior motive that is not known to the rest of the members of their pArty, including even those who are fending for and supporting them.

I am not an NPP sympathizer myself, but in a national public issue, I have the right to comment.

I think that it was very irresponsible on the part of kufuor to make an intervention with the kind of remark that he proffered.

It clearly exposed his inclination towards his ward Allan Kyeremateng and his allies and it further confirmed my suspicions that this whole fracas in the NPP is being engineered to ultimately create advantage to the kufuor faction in the NPP.

Kyeremateng will obviously and evidently not win in a fair fight for the flag-bearer-ship competition in the NPP. Akuffo-Addo is many light-years ahead of him in substance, mettle and pedigree. Virtually everybody who is anybody or somebody in the NPP, has pitched camp with Akuffo-Addo. So in whose interest would all this fracas be?

I erroneously thought Kwabena Agyepong would be a good Secretary General for the NPP. I had in the past in similar interventions on this platform actually made those views of mine public. But my God what a gigantic failure and a monumental mess? Within just a matter of a few weeks after being so appointed, Kwabens Adjepong has failed to the depths of my wildest imaginations.

He changes the security detail of the Party Head Office because he alone feels threatened by the previous security staff? What, is the NPP his private business and is he the only one who uses that office?

He and his mentor Paul Afoko, who happens to be Kufuors errand boy, unilaterally kick-out the Publicity head of the Party because he was due for leave? He then takes up his position as acting Publicity head in his stead?

I do not know about the inner workings of the NPP party but, if I may ask, do all other active members of staff of the party, from constituency level to the head office, similarly go on leave? Actually I may be ignorant but, do members of other political parties also go on leave?

The problem with the NPP is that they are too krakye-krakye. As the matter stands, with the Party in total chaos and turmoil, somebody in the Party needs to counter-act and unilaterally take control of affairs of that Party, otherwise it may sink into oblivion and leave us with the greater evil - the NDC.

Kufuor simply dies not like Akufo Addo and his men like Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong are simply doing his bid. Kufuor is a true greedy bastard.
