I urge, entreat, supplicate, admonished and above all beg NPP delegate to harness their moral duties and obligations to shun Akuffo Addo and elect Alan as their presidential candidate. If de delegates didn't heed my advice they will together with Akuffo Addo and his supporters plung Ghana in to war zone.Becase Nana is so obsessed and preocuppied with the presidency and he is poised to go beyond morality. A cat in disarray makes a strange moves and behave irresponsible.Because when Nana loose again to president Mama, he has nothing to loose, because he has lost already. Becuase he has no Ghana at heart, he will destroy the peaceful and beautiful country in West Africa. Because if Nana is not saying what he is going to do, he is going to do what he is saying. (ALL DIE BE DIE).Please super delegates i am apealing to your consceince to use your God given moral compass to save Ghana from disaster, eitherwise your children and grand grand children will never forgive you.

In Ghana instead of democracy being used for the greater public good in addressing the needs of the masses such as education, health, sanitation, food, shelter, employment, etc, etc, it has been turned upside down and feeding the murderous, thieving and gluttonous propensity and unrestrained appetite of the kleptocratic political oligarchy on the back of unmitigated corruption, leading to a de-escalation of the living standards of the masses into the squalid damnation of retrogression, stagnation and filth. It obviously starts with incorruptible leadership, that is committed to the judicious use of resources and revenue in an intelligent manner for the promotion of the public good, by building on the infrastructure and institutional capacity, and reviewing systems and processes that seeks to accelerate and promote growth and reward excellence in the public space instead of thievery. This would most obviously not be possible without principled leadership full of integrity and the respect, equity and fairness that would be needed in the political space.
In forward looking societies whose actions and activities are geared towards the upliftment of the masses, elections need not create the kind of tension, but in our part of the world, it does exactly that, because the looters have no incentive to relinquish power even when they have demonstrated unimaginable incompetence and ineptitude with stinking corruption and financial malfeasance and sleaze, because of the accountability that should necessarily follow.
Over the course of Ghana's history, corruption has dogged the steps of the country towards attaining a much better developed status, and we need to transcend and overcome that hurdle within our democracy.
And to attain that would require a new breed of leadership that detests and shuns corruption and is completely fixated on addressing the challenges in a holistic manner. There's the urgent need for badly needed injection of sanity in our democracy and the public space for the proper function and promotion of the public good.
It can therefore not be overemphasized, the need to look at the winner takes all electoral system by devolution of governance from the bottom-up, thereby addressing the sycophancy and bootlicking engendered by the quasi-dictatorship or better still, the benevolent dictatorship, that the constitution currently provides.

What is called democracy in today's Western world, and has been exported to us, is nothing more than a legitimisation of elite looting on a more ordered, competitive basis.
