  The World Bank is growing. Some can now differentiate between incompetence and being an NDC member, can also realize criminality from being appointed by NDC president! This is a completely new mental and developmental and shift. It should not end there, we should go further: WE should be committed to GHANA, the betterment of GHANA, and not just vote for anything just because he or she looks like a human being and in NDC.   UCF members are the direct beneficiaries of ghost names on our payroll. You remember during Atta Mills' regime when they were all over the place accusing him of neglecting them. What has changed all of a sudden during Mahama's regime is that all of them have been put on government payroll as ghost workers and enjoying single spine salaries. This is why they are now mute.
