If he said it was during his second term in parliament that President Mahama was appointed a deputy minister what is wrong with that and how does that make the president a small fish in the NDC,even if he is a small fish in the NDC is he not the current leader of the party?

The NDC think because they are power Ghana belongs to them so they do whatever they like, forgetting that it is the tax payers money that is used to pay the governemt appointees and not NDC money.

Whoever secretly recorded this might have planned to embarrass the DCE but I fail to see what's out of place in telling what one has done in the past. Saying that he was ahead of JM in the past is no insult and should be no news. Many people have been ahead of the President in the past and saying it should not cause any offence to JM. His teachers can say the same thing, his elder brothers can say the say thing, his former bosses at the office can say the say thing. It's no crime saying that he has been around in politics for many years, even before JM, although the latter is now his President. Shame on the secret recorder. It's only in Ghana that anyone will think this is out of place and big news.

Here is the case, if something is said about sunshine, it is equally good to say something about rainfall for they are all weather conditions. After blaming the Press, the DCE too must be blamed for his penchant for bla! bla! bla! Aaba!

If the DCE doesn't watch his big tongue, it will send him to his final disgrace.
