It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

My friend, if Ghanaian workers are paid salaries worth working hard for, they will give off their best.

80% of the small population of Ghanaians who are lucky enough to find any kind of work are paid less than GHC150.00 a month. Most are paid as badly as GHC80.00 a month. This is the problem that you should address. Calling on Ghanaians to work harder for meaningless pay, amounts to nothing but collaboration with slavery.

Our leaders have no understanding nor respect for work, that is why they over pay themselves and belittle their workers with insulting slave wages. Meanwhile it is the workers who do most of the work whilst the so-called leaders and heads of organizations do very little except engage in endless unproductive meetings, conferences and business travels.

In many cases, the daily lunch of one single executive at the expense of their institutions, is more than two months salary of each of their workers.

I am all for workers giving off their best, but if workers are paid just about enough only to ensure that they can transport themselves back to work the following month, I will not fault them for being corrupt and lazy.

As a country, we have inherited and adopted, lock stock and barrel, the evil imperialist colonial slave system in which the considerations of workers are essentially minimal or non-existent. In line with that phenomenon, when people are given 'senior' positions in govt or companies, they are immediately housed and isolated in the privileged posh 'European Quarters' such as Ridge, Airport, East Legon etc. Away from all the other unsanitary, disorganized noisy areas which are designated for the 'lesser' citizens.

HAWA YAKUBU, I will not call you names because you are only an example of the millions of Africans who have still not recovered from the deeply ingrained ill-effects and pains that the people of Africa suffered from the evils of slavery and colonialism.

(i)No NPP leader said the demo was to stop Dumsor. It was to create awareness and the President's response was " this demo will ginger me to work harder to resolve the issue". The president agrees with the demo and has responded positively to it so SHUT UP. (ii) The President also says "I accept responsibility for the dumsor" so again SHUT UP and forget about what Kuffuor did or did not do. Any NDC member who speaks against the president shows the party is not united, so will you please just SHUT UP.
