  This is a Misplaced Priority. What is the use if citizens cannot hold their leaders accountable? It simply do not make sense. It will be a waste of time to know when you cannot do anything.

  Then again is it not going to be another means to contract another huge loan for nothing? Wassap is nothing big for a whole company is to be contracted to install every kid can easly install the apps. Please save the 'Rubber Stamp' Parliment for their Yeah, Yeah, Yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!t
