  This minister's conduct is praise worthy. Keep it up and there will surely be worthy results. Hopefully all other ministers are watching. It is the only way and not futile political talk

  THE PRESENT FORM OF ADMINISTRATION WHERE THE ASSEMLIES ONLY DEPEND ON FIVE(5%)PERCENT OF THE GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT OF GHANA TO SERVICE PAYMENTS OF SALARIES AND WAGES TO ITS STAFF, CLEARLY INDICATES, NEVER SHALL THESE DISTRICTS BE IN THE POSITION TO RAISE THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SERVICES OF THEIR DISTRICTS.
