What I observed during the 2012 Elections is a pointer to the fact that CODEO as it is now is only being used to give the Ghana Electoral Commission credibility. CODEO's agents where I was, were only too ready to discount any mishappenings during the ELections. Let the guniune political parties that is NDC, NPP, PPP, CPP and PNC be allowed to each contribute a certain number of persons per each constituency to be used as the agents with such reputable organisations like GNAT, NAGRAT,CTAG, Dental and Medical Council, Christian Council, Islamic Associations, GPRTU, Farmers & Fishermen Council etc, then what happens everywhere during elections will be truthfully told. Cry our beloved country, Ghana.

Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom is 1000% correct in his assertion on the issue of the gov't in power, the NDC, buying and bribing the electorate with money, flat screen tv's, fertilizers, textiles, etc, etc and using violence and intimidation to suppress voter turnout and the exercising of the franchise of the electorate. CODEO needs to speak to the facts of the NDC gov't buying the vote and employing violence and intimidation by the Azorka boys at the urging of John Mahama and carried out at the command of Mark Woyongo, the Minister of Interior. It is a very dangerous trend especially when considered within the context of the peace and stability of this country.
