    Doctors should accept that they don't deserve to be paid for the period they didn't work, and forgo such payment. Only then will they qualify to be viewed as honest professionals and not blackmailers.

    They shouldn't be paid. The majority will support this stand. If they have no shame they can strike to be paid for the period they were on strike.
