This CODEO midday report seems like it's mostly a generic report, most likely compiled days prior to the voting, shelved and slightly updated before being released at the said time, I.e midday. Also it's one sided as for exam ...

This CODEO midday report seems like it's mostly a generic report, most likely compiled days prior to the voting, shelved and slightly updated before being released at the said time, I.e midday. Also it's one sided as for example it mostly talks about Ashanti and for the most part ER. So is that all the sampled 80% could report? What of the other Regions? ER n AR in the lime light so be wise ER/AR.
