  If NPP members could formulate a resignation letter purported to come from their General Secretary and email it through the general secretary's email and computer, WHAT ELSE CANT THEY DO? They are now brandishing fake documents of imported voters to buttress their claim that they won the 2012 elections. Credibility is golden. If u loose it, it's gone forever.
