Will this guy have said the same thing if NDC is postponing the election in the interest of Kwasidae or Odwira festival,how can anybody in his right mind,a Minority Leader,a lawmaker make such a comment in a country where government is claiming to be doing all it can to promote tourism through these festivals,how can we hold election on the day of such a festival that is patronized by people from all walks of life,is that Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu thinking right?
In the first place,NDC should have known better not to schedule any activity let alone election on the day of Hogbetsotso festival or any festival in the country if the organizers of the election really know what they are doing,it is shocking that NDC,a party that depends on the Volta region to win election will not know that every first Saturday of November is Hogbetsotso festival,it simply shows our seriousness and our disrespect to people we go to beg to vote for us.
Last year they did the same thing starting their first so called National Sanitation Day on the day of Hogbetsotso festival without respect to the Chiefs and people of the land but our people,our leaders cannot open their mouths to tell them in their faces that they cannot do that,shame on us.

Why postpone the primaries? They can go ahead with the rest of the country and postpone the primaries for the Anlo area alone. The Anlo area could be done later.
