We need an effective implementation plan in place to find a future solution to the nations problems. I'm with the opinion that a new Capital City is needed, and that should be build at Kintampo which is the centre of the Country and that will pave way for ACCRA to become the Commercial Capital of the Country life Shangai of China Francfurt in Germany ,New York City in America. With Kumasi becoming the cultural Capital of Ghana and transforming Takoradi into an Industrial Capital of the Country therefore shifting and moving this development across the entire Country like each year a Regional Capital is choose to a expercial Cultural celebration which will put in place a face lift of development in the choosing Region or District in line with the sort of events. The last and not the least the Railway system should be Extended to all the Regional Capitals and the Districts.I hope with this implementation we will be able to achieve our 40 years DEVELOPMENT plan with Success and each an everyone will be proud of this intended propose project.
