All we saw in eight years of Kuffour in office was day light robbery of properties and owning them at all cost. He supervised a regime of no shame, penetrated into state reserve lands and forcefully paid peanut for them. Siphoning from state account and redenominated the currency with impunity. They demonstrated arrogance and excess abuse of power. It is unbelievable how Kuffour`s numerous presidential initiatives headed by Allan Kyeremanteng, all ended up in “MATREKO WO” island. None of them prospered just like his mentor Dr. Abrefa Busia

Now, KU4 wears the OIL exploration chain on his neck, and the badge on his shoulders! This man should be resting in JAIL for the crimes against the state; how could one, ever, dream of putting his signature on the most precious property, OIL, by means of framing the narrative to suit his thought. What he did not know was that, OIL discovery had been explored some forty(40) yrs earlier!
In his second term, the OIL wealth went into his head, and slapping his chest in V every morning he wakes up, "I did it big time"!
Kufuor ignored his responsibilities as head of state, and chose the Presidential Jet as HOME, always in the Air managing the criminal Ananse-sem. However, when the history on Ghana's Oil exploration came to light, the TONE in the crime took varied fronts, an attempt to ERASED his title and the EO Group gained prominence; it's all part and parcel of KOOKOASE 'ananse-sem'.
And KU4 dreams of statesmanship headed southwards! His title stands as the WORSE President ever.

Kufuor stole 73% of the lands around the Tetteh Quarshie Circle, starting from La Villageois to the Accra Mall and shared among his children. The Hotel de Waawaa building was standing in their way so to have all the lands around the Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout, Kufuor had to threaten the owner, Mr Saeed with confiscation if he not going to sell it to him for security reasons. Weeping like a child Saeed had to sell the building to him which turned into the present day African Regent Hotel.

Kufuor also dreamed up a scheme to syphon funds from government by creating Zoom Lion. Zoom Lion has now spawned all the corruption in the public sector. It is such a perfect tool for syphoning funds that subsequent governments are reluctant to abandon it and now it is uncontrollable.

Kufuor is the number one enemy of Ghanaians - more harmful than the devil himself.

By the way, Kufuor's twins with Gizel Yaxhi are growing very well.

You should also ask yourself whether Ghana was ready to implement such capital intensive social intervention programmes you mentioned.

Mahama's has underperformed, but Kuffour really has serious questions to answer.

In the first place, Ace did not come out with specifics of what he has on Kufuor second term in the presidency. He conveniently forgot, there was world economic crises brought on by incessant increases in prices of petroleum products, reaching $147.00 per barrel. Ghana was not an oil producing country then, but the President managed to increase the size of the economy, four times over. Ghanaians should not forget the fact that President Kufuor is the only president who left a valued legacy for the nation. That it took an Anshanti, who are known to have a phobia for the ocean, to swim under the waters of the Western Region to discover oil and gas for the nation. Using the same GNPC and some of their personnel to achieve his feat in 2007. The GNPC under other presidents achieved nothing but bad debts for Ghana. Do the Maths lawyer, you may revise your position.

Kufour ushered in a whole list of social programs which were not sustainable because government could not fund their existence from one budget cycle to the other. In the planned scheme by Kufour, his NPP cohorts and an inner circle of a looting brigade, he was able to sell national assets not bolted down including land giveaway. If this is the best in politicians Ghana has to offer then of course the best is yet to come; I promise Ghanaians that no one has to work in Ghana during the Abeeku Mensah administration to live especially anyone with children; it’s on me. How about that as the ultimate social program, Ace Ankomah?

To some extent I agree with Lawyer Ankomah. But I want to add that it was the same with President Rawlings. Between 1993 and 1997 he did very well especially in stabilising the cedi and attaining macro-economic stability. But when he won the second term he committed so many mistakes including failing to control inflation, corruption (1999 Mabey and Johnson case) and human rights issues from his wife ( Selasie Djentu and his parents case). Indeed it does look like the second term seems unnecessary for our Presidents. No one can tell for now how the 2016 elections will go ( for we are not God) but personally I think we should look at amending the Constitution to give them a mandatory six year one-term presidency. After that whether you excelled or not you should just leave for some else to continue. After all no one person can do all. It does look like the longer people stay in power the poorer they perform. Former President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal, President Mugabe of Zimbabwe, President Iddris Derby Itno of Chad, the late President Eyadema of Togo, former President Blaise Compaore of Burkina Faso, President Vladimir Putin of Russia and many others are clear examples of leaders losing focus with time.
