The IEA and the NPP led by Mrs. Jean Mensa think they can play a fast one on Ghanaians by calling for a debate. Did the IEA submit a proposal to the EC on the voters register, if yes, why are they calling for a debate when they will all be meeting the EC next week? If not why did they fail to do so? Every now and then, Nana Akufo Addo will scheme a plan, then run away to another country and wait for other mafias to execute the plan. But my question to Dr. Richard Amoako Baah is, why has he become so so so vocal for the NPP every now and then? Is the NPP advocacy work on radio part of the job he is supposed to perform at KNUST? Is he allocating enough time to his students? If this were to be the NPP era and an NDC lecturer was so vocal, they would have terminated his appointment just like they did to the Alhaji A. B. A. Fuseini who was part Radio Gold “Alhaji & Alhaji” programmes, which Kufour did not like. Former President Kufour used the management of the GCGL at the time under the leadership of Prof. Kwame Karikari to pass a regulation banning employees of the company from going to Radio Stations to comment on political issues. But Dr. Amoako Baah has gotten a BIG MOUTH to talk on all NPP issues that has nothing to do with the academic work for which he was employed for. Unfortunately, prominent people who saw what was done to Alhaji A. B. A. Fuseini are very quite! It is time the authorities at KNUST call this guy to order.

Now, the two are caught in the net and it will be hard for them to defend themselves. The EC has seen the truth of the matter however it has become extremely hard for them to admit it because it will reveal a lot of flaws aside the voter's register and the two cannot defend themselves. Nonetheless, whether they like it or not, it will be changed and Ghana will go to the pools with a new, clean and fresh register. NDC is looking for a war but Nana is peaceful and honorable to succumb to that stupid idealism.

First with the inception of the 4th Republic, Presidential elections were held first to be followed by parliamentary. NPP said No, both Presidential and parliamentary should be held the same day fine. In 2011, NPP said no bio metric no vote Ghanaian gave in due to threat to cause mayhem. Just after one election NPP came up with another cook story foreigners on the Bio metric register therefore it should be changed SIMPLY because of Volta Region. What did was purely copy and paste period. Oho enough is enough let us call a spade spade. NPP have just realised that under the Bio metric registration the multiple voting in Ashanti is over. It is for this reason that they fighting for a new voters register. Indications are that they intend to import people from Mali and Niger in a number of one million to register and vote for them, since that is the only way they can win an election. They have realised winning in Two Regions, Ashanti/Eastern cannot give them power. Any attempt to compile a new voter's register is a recipe for chaos and EC cannot stand it. EC must use what it inherited and try its efficiency. No hasty decision or else EC will leave to regret. NPP have a secret agenda.

Let them ignore the meeting with EC on 29 October where all parties will be expected to defend their position papers. We shall know who makes sence. Dr Amoako Baah and IEA can go and jointly defend their position to show how sensible they are. Too much noise from opposition groups on their demand. But it can force the EC's hand unless we want EC to be controlled by interested parties.
