People now know that the so called coup of Rawlings was nothing but as in all things a Ayigbe tribal war against the Akans camouflaged by the bullshit of a revolution against corruption. It is now clear why the intelligentsia of the Akans especially the Fantis was under the cover of darkness , false accusations and unfair prosecutions driven out of the country or killed or tortured so much so that they empty shells with broken spirits. Yes we see how even the cowardly brother of Mills react to the murder of a sitting Akan prince . The Ablekuma South constituency is on the verge of being over-run by the incompetence and inept foolishness of this non-performing Mayor of Accra who is concurrently running for a parliamentary seat without resigning from his official position as Mayor.
As a result, Oko Vanderpuiye is running a glamorous Hollywood-style primaries campaign which can be compared to a national presidential campaign. Money does not seem to be in short supply in the same way that water, good roads, clean gutters and electricity are in short supply. T-shirts and giant bill-boards abound throughout the constituency. He is even using what appears to be Tundra pick-ups mounted with massive giant speakers that can be heard about a mile off from where they blare their messages - and all this is only for the NDC primaries.
I just cant wait for the Oko-Carnival in 2016 - with our stolen loot.
