YES to a third force political party, but the question is, can the CPP/PNC mobilise themselves to take over the management of the country's affairs? The answer in my opinion can be YES, but greed is the reason why they can not unite. They need to refrain from who becomes what when they merge as a formidable political party. Alternatively, Ghanians must vote massively for the CPP in case SAMIA YABA NKRUMAH becomes the flagbearer of the CPP. This will force a coalition between two parties to run the management of the country, and will enhance development. Is better than the current winner takes all which harbour's corruption.

The CPP would have been the Party which could challenge the two dominant political parties (NPP & NDC) that had alternated ruling Ghana since the 1992 Constitution. But,it has been out of power and banned for too long, and some of its members have jumped guns to other Parties notably, recently, Freddy Blay to NPP and Kwesi Nduom formed his own party ostensibly to be part of the elite group of scroungers of Ghana's wealth, has lacked the resources to organise for that challenge.
Now that Nduom's Party, we hear, is positioning itself to ally with NPP for the 2016 general election, wrestling to gain power from the two parties is going to be extremely difficult since, cumulatively, they control the nation's wealth to fight elections.

The 'Political Campaign Funding Bill' if enacted may help parties with less funds such as CPP and smaller ones, with equal footing to fight elections every four years. Provided the two dominant parties - the NPP and NDC - obey the resultant law. The big question is; will they? Your guess is as good as mine!

Yes , Ghana really. If the Trade Unions were to be really seeking the needs of the Ghanaian workers, they would have been the force to reckon with the two main parties. Yes, you are right its about time Ghanaians rise up from the oppression and enslavement from this two divisive parties. I therefore urge all the young voters to refrain from voting for the NDC and the NPP since the haven't brought any improvements in the living conditions of the electorates
